Realizing Your Anxiety Disorder Symptoms

Everyone knows what anxiety feels like. We have all experienced it at least once. Before the big job your heart is pounding out of your chest. As your place in line inches closer to the next seat on the biggest roller coaster ever you have butterflies in your stomach… maybe even cold sweats.

These are normal reactions to stressful events. People that suffer from an anxiety disorder can feel this for no real reason at all… what can be even more upsetting is that they feel as though they have no control over their anxiety disorder symptoms.

Anxiety disorder symptoms vary from person to person. This is due to the fact that anxiety disorders are a “group of related symptoms,” they are not a single disorder.

While Bob may experience sudden anxiety attacks that come out of nowhere, Sue may start to get anxious over the thought of going to a party where she doesn’t know anyone. Others may live in a constant state of tension where they are worrying about everything… and anything.

It is important to know what anxiety disorder symptoms are. The first step to conquering anxiety is education. If you know what the symptoms are you will be able to do something about them.

First the main symptom of all anxiety disorders is a severe fear or persistent worry in situations where most people wouldn’t feel threatened.

This is not the only symptom. There are a number of emotional symptoms that a person suffering from an anxiety disorder may or may not experience in conjunction with the severe fear and/or persistent worry. These symptoms include but are not limited to:

    * Irritability
* Feeling like your mind is going blank
* Concentration problems
* Feelings of dread
* Feeling apprehensive
* Feeling jumpy or tense

There are also a number of physical anxiety disorder symptoms a person will experience while the persistent fear/ worry is present and the emotional symptoms. These physical symptoms are:

    * Pounding heart
* Tremors
* Twitches
* Headaches
* Fatigue
* Shortness of breath
* Diarrhea
* Frequent urination
* Insomnia
* Muscle tension
* Dizziness
* Stomach upset

When these symptoms start to come on, sometimes they come out of nowhere. They happen suddenly and completely without warning. Other times there are obvious triggers. Regardless it is important to know that anxiety attacks typically last 30 minutes, peaking in 10 minutes.

While that may not seem like a long time to someone that doesn’t have to deal with anxiety attacks, for the person suffering it feels like a lifetime.

Imagine feeling as though you are going to die… having no control over what you are feeling, what you body is doing or anything around you.

Often people experiencing an anxiety attack feel as though they are having a heart attack the physical symptoms are so intense. Other symptoms of an anxiety disorder attack include:

    * Overwhelming panic
* Palpitations
* Chest Pain
* Trembling
* Shaking
* Hyperventilation
* Stomach cramps
* Chills or hot flashes
* Feeling detached

The good news is that you do not have to live with anxiety disorder symptoms anymore. You can take control and start enjoying the life you were meant to have. You can do this naturally.

You don’t have to take a prescription medication with a list of side effects that may make you feel worse or make it more difficult to enjoy life because you are so sedated.

There are natural treatments that you can do that will help you not only get your symptoms under control… but get rid of them for good.

Charles Linden is a true living example of someone that beat anxiety and panic attacks. He has developed a course to help fellow sufferers beat anxiety and get their lives back on track without any physical mediaction.

If you would like further information on Charles and his methods we recommend that you watch the video presentation at his website. You can get there Simply By Clicking Here.
